Hoianan Boutique Hotel

Staff was excellent. We had a family crisis during our stay and they were very attentive and supportive. Breakfast was good. The security guy was really friendly. Pool was great during the hot days. Close proximity to the old town and the night market is right outside.

The vendors at the night market make a bit of a racket putting their stalls away at night but that is nothing to do with the hotel.

There are so many positives about this hotel. Location is absolutely incredible. You are right in the middle of the action and it's a short walk to everything. The quality and comfort of the rooms were absolutely amazing. Incredibly spacious and luxurious. Staff were absolutely wonderful. An absolute delight to interact with.

The spa bath didn't work. I specifically got the room with a bath and was delighted to see it was a spa bath, but immensely disappointed to find out while in the bath that the spas weren't working. The location is both a benefit and a curse. With the night markets right outside the hotel, and my room overlooking the street, trying to get to sleep at night was a challenge. Nothing a set of ear plugs won't fix, but sadly I wasn't appropriately prepared for what I encountered here. We had an early start and so we were at breakfast at opening time as advertised. Sadly it was not setup in time for opening as expected.

ホテルの名のとおり、おしゃれなデザインの客室です。スタッフはフレンドリーで、周辺情報がまとまった独自のガイドペーパーも便利です。ホテルの空港送迎はGrabと同価格帯（350,000ドン）で、ホテル周辺は時間帯によって車両通行止になるため、乗降場所からホテルへの徒歩移動の案内も丁寧なため、利用価値が高い。

決済時、事前のカード払いのはずが現地払いになり、カード手数料3%を追加して請求されたため2重払いになっていないか注意が必要です。施設面では、シャワー使用時にバスルームが濡れやすい設計が気になりました。

Located just in front of the night market. We had an inside room, so it was quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful.

Location. Easy walk to old town. Markets out the front. Great little fridge. Bed big and comfortable. Nice suttle light in bathroom for night use. Big enough balcony. Housekeeping were prompt. Staff always welcoming and friendly. Breakfast ok

Markets a little noisy until 10:30 but this was something we were aware of before booking.
