Super clean. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Android TV. Close to market, restaurants, entertainment. Everything in the room worked.

For the coffee condiments, in addition to the 3-in-1 coffee packs, provide packets of black coffee without the cream and sugar added. A few more hangers in the wardrober for us longer-staying guests,

Good location with a lot of restaurants nearby, clean room, good environment, especially the customer service. Nam helps me to book a limousine to Hanoi, because i can't speak Vietnam so he contacted with limousines company and text me the results, it is cery help and full of hospitality, definitely will stay here again if i back to Hai phong!
