Valentino Homestay Hue

Staff were very friendly and the location in a smaller alley away from a busy street. Room had a separate kitchen and bedroom with A/C and heat.

The drain in the shower wasn’t sloped so water didn’t stay in the shower area. It’s an older building so you could hear other apartment plumbling. Some karaoke was a little loud some evenings.

The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. She had excellent English.

Nice big airy room. A/C and fan. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge and electric jug. Great location.

Bathroom flooded. Shower leaky. Taps loose. Nothing too bad. But the tiles in the bathroom were extremely slippery when wet.

We had a great stay in this hotel, the room is well equipped and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. It is perfectly located on the vibrant night life area of Hue. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone on vacations in this city.

Karaoke nights next door were quite loud but that is just Vietnam🙂 The only thing I found weird was the window. When booking the room, the windows show like proper windows on the photos, but in reality they face the corridor where all the guests and cleaners are constantly passing by, so you need to have the curtains closed at all times hence one can say the rooms have basically no windows. But it is not abig deal just that the images of rooms are misleading

The staff have been very helpful. We had an issue with the bathroom door but they fixed it straight away even if it was early in the morning. The position is great and very close to restaurants and Cosy Cafe.
