"Nice clean apartment in quiet street off main road."

Location good. Staff excellent……hugely helpful. Room very clean and bed comfortable.

Few extra kitchen utensils needed to cater for Western cooking. Extension lead needed for various appliances as no plugs in kitchen area.

"Disappointing"

The staff was very kind and supportive.

The apartment was dirty, the sink was leaking like crazy. The quality of the place was different from what was shown on the pictures.

Nice room hotel with really great location - near Hue City Center & many famous coffee shops/ restaurants. Staff are friendly, supportive and open-minded to receive feedback

The rooms at the beginning and the end of the row will be more spacious than the rooms in the middle because there are direct windows in the room. Sometime the wifi connection was not really good

The staff here were so friendly and helpful, offering any advice on things to do in Hue and to help in any way. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice hot shower and in a great location about 5 minutes from walking street/ the busy bars and restaurants. We actually left some items in the lobby on day of checkout and they sent a message about this and offered to send it to our next hotel. Couldn't ask for better staff!

In the apartment type room we were missing a few minor things in the kitchen area but it didn't majorly effect us.

The staff was quite helpful and spoke English very well, especially the young man with earrings. The room was not really spacious but clean and nice enough for our casual trip.

The room is not really spacious. The hot water stopped working on our 2nd day, it was in the middle of the night so we didnt want to bother them.
