The room was not clean, towels were stained and holey. The bed was tiny. There were also strange cocoons all over the walls and ceiling, as well as a lot of dust in the property.

I had an amazing experience at Banh Inn! The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Location was very good and room was a decent size, had a nice rooftop area for sitting

WiFi was really bad, almost non existent in the room. Room itself was quite run down. Towels had stains and holes in them. Shower wall attachment was broken. No windows
