What I like: - Convinient place - Good food nearby - Nice helper (the boys) standing at the front door - New facilities

What I dont like: - Parking - anyone comes here by their own car should be awared that you will park your car about 200m from the hotel, in a roofless area. In addition, that would cost you some extra money and the hotel does not cover it. That’s ridiculous. - Security Guard - grimmace and unfriendly. He just sits there but do not guide visitor a suitable place to park. Furthermore, he mutters about the notice that the hotel and he would not take any responsibility for any damage cause to visitors’ car when parking in front of the hotel (even for check-in and check-out) - Staff - not so well-trained. They are awkward when the lobby is crowded. They dont know how to prioritize and are not so sure about what is covered in visitors’ bookings.
