Charm Champion Villa Hoian

The villa was peaceful, full of greenery, and just a short ride from the Old Town. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat. The host gave us great local tips. Highly recommend!

The villa is super cute, peaceful, and romantic. We loved the green garden and the clean, cozy pool. The staff were friendly and helpful!

nothing everything was great

The property was spacious and clean. The toilet was also huge! The staff were also really friendly.

Overall I guess it was still worth the price, but for what they promised in the booking we were quite disappointed. Cleaning up was quite sloppy - on our 7 night stay we were promised 3 room cleanings. But our room was only cleaned once - and even then the toilet was not cleaned. They mentioned they would provide water daily but the provision was sporadic - some days they provided and some days they didn’t. The soap provided only included hand soap and shower gel. The shampoo canister was empty - and when we asked for a refill we still didn’t get any (may have been a language barrier).

It is not to busy around the hotel. Which is good if you stay longer and don‘t want to be surrounded by a lot of tourists. The beach as well as the city is 15-20min by bicycle away. Bicycles are free, even if they are not in the best shape. The room was clean and had everything we needed. They offer free drinking water

There are a lot of mosquitos in the garden and also in the apartments, since the beautiful garden is full of plants. For me with the baby there was not so much quiet and mosquito free space, only inside the room. And there are not so many good vegetarian restaurants close by. So we decided to go to restaurants by grab car very often.

The staff was exceptional, always polite and helpful. The villa’s decor is tasteful and very cozy. The pool area was a fantastic spot to unwind. It’s a great base for exploring Hoi An’s old town.
