Wenn einem bewusst ist, dass die Sunset Town wie ein Disneyland oder Europapark ist, dann ist die Lage sehr gut.

Gebucht haben wir mit der Annahme, dass wir uns direkt oberhalb des schönen Cafés befinden. Wir wurden jedoch in ein Nebengebäude gebracht. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude nicht sauber und da im Keller die Küche des Restaurants ist, riecht es im Zimmer ständig nach Essen. Die Zimmer sind klein und unsauber. Insgesamt fühlt man sich sehr unsicher im Hotel und übers Ohr gehauen. Das Personal ist insgesamt relativ freundlich, jedenfalls so lange bis sie das Geld für die Übernachtung bekommen haben… danach nur noch ein kurzes „Hello“. Sie weisen auch bei jedem sehen darauf hin, das man noch bezahlen muss (auch wenn man ausgemacht hat, dass man am nächsten Tag bezahlt). Bei der Bezahlung wurde unsere Kreditkarte mehrfach abgelehnt - vorgeschlagen wurde eine Barzahlung. Wir wollten daraufhin Geld im Hotel wechseln… der Wechselkurs war unverschämt (100€ geben und umgerechnet 80€ in vietnamesischer Währung bekommen). Wir sind dann zu einem Geldautomaten gegangen und haben es abgehoben. Ergebnis war, dass wir bar bezahlt haben - eine Rechnung bekommt man nicht - mal wieder ein Punkt der einen etwas misstrauisch macht. Das Frühstück hat keine gute Qualität und es gibt nur ein Glas Wasser dazu (Kaffee muss man zahlen). Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen wenn nicht sogar davor warnen…

It was noisy, we could hear lots of noise from other guests, and the cafe downstairs was very noisy - making coffee and blending drinks from 8am-10pm We had a window in the room which was opposite the elevator, automatic lights were on and off all night long, luckily we had an eye mask to wear to block out the lights. We were not offered our free water each day

Fairly new and modern. Staff communicated through WhatsApp which was convenient.

1. We got a room on the second floor, facing the city side which was quite disappointing. There was no sunshine og sea view at all and it was quite noisy at times from people and cars on the street. 2. The breakfast didn’t include coffee or juice - only a small glass of water. The breakfast was ok but does not deserve the label “wonderful breakfast”. 3. We were woken up by the sound of drilling somewhere nearby in the building around 7 o’clock each morning which was very annoying to put it mildly. Wait until after 9 o’clock or so for gods sake… 4. The floor was dirty and full of sand the first day.

The staff were friendly. I have to waiting for check in at 15.00 hrs. but they offered help and booked a ticket for cabin car. View from room was beautiful but not worth money.

I came from sightseeing outside and back to hotel for breakfast but they took me to another building and I can choose only 1 dish for my breakfast. But the big deal was no drink and I have to buy one but it was worst because I didn’t bring any money. I spent a lot of time to negotiate for 1 drink and sign to the room to pay later. However when I got back to the hotel, they blocked me and said I did not pay the room yet . When I booked with Booking.com application and the condition was “pay in advance - non refundable”. They must contact booking.com to solve this problem then blocking the customer.

Very friendly staffs working there, a great location, you can watch fireworks at the balcony in our room, great value, highly recommended 🙏👍🇻🇳

The air conditioning system was too noisy
