Jerry, the person in charge was so helpful! He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect. Near the Sunset Town Night Market. Coffee was good! Must try the coconut latte. I also love how esthetic the room is, also with bathtub. The room was also big!

The fridge was not cold 😫 You cannot see the seaview from my room.

No proper reception staff to answer queries. Breakfast has very poor options. They just gave us free cable car tickets but no information on what we can access there and it's a water park there , so please carry swim customs. Could be helpful if they have a dedicated staff to cater to guests queries

I love the staff of this hotel, especially Viet who helped us make all the arrangments on this trip. His english is minimal but he tried his very best to communicate with us. He is very patient, friendly and helpful. He even follow up with us everyday about our activities to make sure we had a great time here. The island itself is still under developed and its highly understaffed to service the tourists but Viet did his very best to ensure us an amazing stay. Really appreciate him and his staffs for the hospitality. The rooms are very spacious and if you booked the sea view room, you can see part of the kiss bridge show from the room. They did a great job to keep the room clean and tidy. The pillows are a bit low but you can ask for extra which are better quality, As for the attractions, Viet helps us to buy the tickets with discount. For transportation, we asked for an airport pick up from the hotel. They arranged a taxi but we are not very happy with the way he drives (always in the middle of two lanes) so we ask Viet to arrange a bigger car with better driver for us. And Viet exceeded our expectations and we got a brand new RED KIA 7-seater with a great driver which we used him through out our stay.

The shower drain is a bit slow but otherwise very good.

Only location

It is not a 4 star hotel! When we checked in the room was dirty with stains on the floor and curtains. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights and NEVER they clean up the room and didn’t refill the utensils. The breakfast was organized in the other hotel in the neighborhood, the service was extremely bad - we were waiting for the breakfast for 30-40 min, no drinks were included so we needed to pay, the quality of food was bad, not delicious. Also no safety box in the room which is weird for 4 star hotel. The design of hotel and the rooms is nice but they don’t put any effort to maintain it.

Breakfast was good. Delicious. Since I picked the bread version, it fills me up pretty well. I did kept the second half for my next snacking.

Since I picked the bread version, the sausage could be better if there was a choice for the type of meat. Also, we would appreciate if beverage such as coffee, tea and/or juices to be included with the breakfast

Special mention to the hotel manage YUNA she had been very helpful with everything , great hotel , amazing location will visit again.
