Great location. Walking distance to the night market and the centre, but very quiet at the same time. Affordably priced. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I'm sure this hotel has many good rooms, judging by the high reviews, but ours wasn't one of them. It was right next to the reception, had "internal" windows facing the reception area and perforations in the wall for ventilation. I wish it didn't have that window or perforations as every sound from the reception could be heard inside the room. Additionally, there was a lot of smoking taking place at reception and the back terrace, and it was constantly drifting in. Despite all this, the room was presented to us as an "upgrade", so I can't even begin to imagine what the room I actually booked would have been like. In hindsight, I should have requested a different room.

Nice looking hotel from the outside and the manager tried to be very helpful. Although the beds looked old, they were comfortable. Room had a kettle and fridge.

An old hotel a bit out of city centre with no elevator. The room was original and the private bathroom had limited facilities and a bad smell. The door to our room had very thin glass which rattled in the frame (I was scared it was going to break when I shut the door) which let light and noise in when anyone else was in the hallway - and also made us feel the room was unsecure.

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk to the night market and some restaurants nearby.

Noise insulation is not existence. Rooms is basic and leaking shower.

The manager of the hotel is kind and very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent wifi. Motorbikes are available to rent at a fair price and the manager saved us money booking transportation. He is a really nice guy. They have laundry service for good prices and the location of the hotel was great, near the night market and lake. Book a room here, nothing to worry about and they will take care of you. You will get great value here

Clean and cheap hotel. Worth your money! I especially want to mention the staff! The man at the reception tried very hard to help us in finding tickets and taxis and was very kind to us! Order a taxi from him if you need to go to the airport. The cost will be about 215,000 VND (through other applications it will cost about 450,000 VND, which is twice as expensive). The location of the hotel is in the city center, in a quiet place. Would recommend this hotel if you want a good experience!

It was a bit noisy as there is no soundproofing and you can hear snoring from another room

Good sized room, we were upgraded from 2 single beds to 2 double beds free of charge, the hosts were lovely and really accommodating giving us ideas and tour plans for our stay Was in a good location as well

The owner is very kind and shared with us local information about places to visit and what is children friendly. We rented a motorbike. The room was spacious. The best is the owner, he is very kind. We forgot something in the room and he very kindly contacted us to give it to us.
