Had a really nice stay at the apartment comfortable, clean, and very pleasant overall. Special thanks to Phuong for handling all enquiries so well and being very helpful throughout the stay. Truly appreciated the great hospitality.

🌟 素晴らしいホテル体験 このホテルでとても快適な滞在を過ごすことができました。お部屋は清潔で整っており、チェックイン前から丁寧に準備されていました。静かな環境で、ゆっくりと休むことができました。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、必要な時にはすぐに対応してくれました。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きもスムーズで便利でした。 ホテルの立地も良く、周辺の観光地へのアクセスも簡単です。また、清掃サービスや送迎・ツアーの手配などのサービスも充実していて助かりました。 全体的にとても満足しており、また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。

Bed isn't hard like all other vietnamese beds, sheets seemed clean.

Most scandalous thing that puts me in a rage is : they put 2 cans of beer and 2 bottles of water in your fridge. So you naturally think you can take them. Nononono, if you drink them, you'll have to pay when you check out 🤣🤣 and they're expensive. Nothing ever mentions they aren't free. That's theft imo. Cleaniness: the towels, the floor (see pics) were absolutely disgusting and i had to wash them myself, there were traces of makeup and other unknown fluids. Also ants will harass you. Noise: Karaoke and club every single night, construction during the day. You can not have calm in this hotel literally. Zero noise isolation, I could hear the TV or shower running of people a few rooms below mine. Smell: smell of humidity even when leaving the windows open 24/7. The toilets had that constant smell of urine since I arrived, I have splashed water everywhere in hopes it removes it but it didn't work. Tv on the left of the bed, can't sit in front of it, can't actually watch it unless you move a chair in front of it. Lack of plates: 1 plate ladies and gentlemen, no oven. And last but not least, no luminosity from the window. That's a common problem in vietnam but you'd expect something better in a hotel that expensive.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with basic amenities. It also had a kitchen and a washing machine, making it feel like a small apartment, yet still spacious and comfortable. The location is quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily. However, it could be a bit noisy at night at times. Overall, for the price, it’s very good value. I’m satisfied with my stay and would consider coming back

The property was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable.

Honestly, everything was great and we didn’t experience any major issues during our stay.

The apartment is the best I've been in Vietnam, I've been to more expensive places but I truly like this one. From now on I will only go to MK riverside apartment when I come to Da Nang. I had the apartment with the riverside view a real gem, I had enough space to do my calisthenic training! Great Value for price! I recommend!

Spacious and well equipped studio. Location is also good (near the night market). My room was on the fourth floor so the sound of the nearby restaurant could be heard at night but it’s not that serious. I also really like the scented towers that lasted for my full stay.

The studio does have an unfinished touch. For example, the tower rack is not properly secured, which does not give me the confidence in trying to use the washing machine. Also the knife in the kitchen should be replaced.

Bar nearby is very loud from 20:30 to 00:30
