Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed at the two bedroom, the bed was comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were well placed inside the property.

Despite the large scale of the resort, we were quite disappointed by the size of the swimming pool — it felt disproportionately small. Adding to that, the poolside bar closed by 6 PM, which meant there was no opportunity to enjoy a drink by the sunset — an unusual and underwhelming service standard for a resort of this size. The beach area was also a letdown. Rather than a seamless, natural transition from pool to sand, we were met with an expanse of concrete and a wall. It felt stark and uninviting. The beachfront itself was narrow and significantly smaller compared to nearby resorts, which was unexpected. We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday, and the contrast between the weekend and weekdays was stark. The resort was overcrowded during the weekend, and the breakfast buffet couldn't keep up with the demand — long waits and limited options. Thankfully, this improved noticeably during the quieter weekdays. Our room included a balcony Jacuzzi, which sounded great in theory. In reality, it was cramped and only accessible through the main bedroom. Worse, we discovered a dead cockroach floating in the tub upon arrival. To their credit, staff responded promptly and replaced the water. One of the most surprising aspects was the restriction on cooking in the room, even though it was equipped with a fully functional electric stove and kitchen setup. This forced us to rely on room service, which was unfortunately overpriced and underwhelming in quality.
