Very nice and well maintained apartment Beautiful garden. Possibility to eat/drink at the neighbours.

Half board is a rip off. Breakfast + lunch or breakfast with diner basis lunch menu only. So no normal diner menu. Not explained on the booking sites.

The pool and gym were nice and modern. The plants and trees were nicely appointed throughout the property. The Interco and Holiday Inn properties were within a short walking distance.

The reference of a private pool 1 BR apartment with ocean view should be corrected. The pool is really not a pool, but more of an oversized sunken tub - and certainly is not private at all - being visible from pedestrian walkways and from nearly all apartments in the above floor rooms. The room also did not have any ocean view. The Bedroom was small and had no space for walking or placing bags or suitcases, the closet was small with no doors. The bathroom was nice and fixtures were modern, the towels were new, but low grade and smaller than most hotels in the same price class. The shower drained slowly and the design of the lip on the floor was not preventative for spilling out water due to the slow draining water buildup during a normal shower. The daily room service was done, but not at a 4 or 5 star professional level. As an example, the tea pot and coffee cups used the day before were not cleaned or washed until the second day, when the staff was asked to clean then so they could be reused. On arrival, there were dust bunnies and hair on the floor of the living room area under the couch and coffee table. There was no warning that advertised facilities would not be operating during the stay period. For example, the spa was only open 2 weekend days, but not during the week. The breakfast area had no buffet on one of the days due to low census. The beach behind the property was really not swimmable. The Interco charges Ixora guest to use their mini-golf clubs and balls. Really a guest turn off. There was a noisy energy plant next door that could be heard at all hours from this room and outdoor tub. Additionally, heavy equipment could be heard rolling and building new roadway/parking lot areas for the power plant. Lastly, construction workers on phase 2 & 3 worked into the night every night, and during the day and noisily banged their hammers on steel as the high rises continues its structural framing.
