Đồ ăn ngon, tắm khoáng thư giãn, cây cối xanh mát.

Khâu vệ sinh phòng ở chưa thực sự tốt, vẫn còn rác và bụi bẩn.

Phòng khá đẹp, tắm khoáng và xông hơi ổn. Mình thích ngắm cá tại lối vào cửa khu vực tắm khoáng

Quá nhiều muỗi. Bể bơi cạnh villa không được dọn sạch và bể cạn không sử dụng được. Bể số 2 rất nhiều rêu trơn dễ ngã. Nhân viên không hỗ trợ kê lại khi kê giường thêm nhầm phòng. Cơ sở vật chất chưa được hoàn thiện và còn đang sửa chữa nhiều chỗ nên chưa đẹp lắm (phòng gym,...) Mùi hôi bốc lên rất nồng nặc khi chèo thuyền.

THERE ARE STILL A LOT OF THINGS TO BE FIXED, the hotel is 100% under renovation, it's not worth going for now, I expected more from the photos, we ordered food at the restaurant and it took almost 1 hour to wait, the breakfast was very poor

Mineral water in some specific pool was good

Property is under construction so a lot of mess A lot of Voucher customers (day trip in property) so very crowded in mineral pool

Amazing villas, really picturesque, great friendly staff. Luna provided her details on check in and sorted everything out for us during our visit. Really good service from Luna and the staff.

There is only one restaurant and some building work was going on while we were there. A bit out of the way

We recently booked three rooms for our trip to Minawa Kenhga Resort through Booking.com, with the following arrangement: 2 x Deluxe Double Bed Rooms 1 x Triple Bed Rooô However, upon arrival, the receptionist at Minawa DID NOT inform us at all that the Triple Room was not available. Instead, we were forced to accept 3 x Deluxe Rooms, one of which had an extra bed. This extra bed was shockingly small, not even resembling a proper bed, and was entirely unsuitable for an caucasian adult. Additionally, the condition of all rooms was unacceptable: 1. All three bathrooms were severely clogged, causing flooding in the bedrooms. 2. We had to clean the floors in the middle of the night, disrupting our stay. 3. Due to the flooding, the rooms smelled of mold, and the toilets barely functioned. It felt like we were sleeping in a toilet.

Schönes Resort auf einer Insel gelegen. Es gab viel zu entdecken: Pool, hot spring, Yoga, Kajak etc. Leider war nur ein Restaurant geöffnet und der Service dort war sehr schlecht. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren dafür sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
