It's clean and quiet.

The breakfast was kinda disappointing. They have all the buffet equipment but did not give buffet breakfast, there was only 1 option every morning.

New homestay so it was clean and modern. Host was responsive. Good size bathroom. AC and WIFI worked well. Great breakfast every day. Good value. Free bus system in Phu Quoc was a lifesaver as it runs from the Airport to GrandWorld and goes right by the homestay. You can rent a motorbike or take a grab but you can't beat a free bus for transportation. Just note that the bus stop is .8 kilometers to the south of the homestay.

Cash only despite notes on Booking stating you could pay via credit card. Bed was hard.

My discovery trip went perfectly with this homestay. easy to visit Rach Vem, Safari, grandworld, ông lang beach... Breakfast is OK. The room is very comfortable, even have bathrobes.

Great trip. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. I felt safe my entire visit even though some may see the area as questionable. The people in the neighborhood are nice. The hotel is new even though the surrounding area isn’t.

The homestay is a very nice new and modern home away from home with staff that honestly make you feel like that even with the language barrier. Always hot water and a beautiful rain shower. Well stocked room every day with beautiful thick white clean smelling towels and bedding. Breakfast was always nice and the chefs were great.

I totally give our stay 10/10. Maybe the one thing would be it’s a bit away from towns but once you get used to getting around it’s fine. Natalie’s Homestay has several very well maintained motorbikes for rent at a very reasonable rate including fuel.

All the facilities are new and very good quality, away over the expectation! Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff available all the time with a big smile. Good condition of scooters and road on the island are good and safe for Vietnam/ Asia standards.

Far from the beach but with scooter rental is no big deal. Difficult to get a taxi without stuff support.
