Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location that's so near to the beach and near to the middle of the city. Beautiful room and nice view outside. There is no restaurant inside the room, however, there are many of the food stalls around, so that's not a big problem!

Mọi thứ đều ok cho chuyến đi của mình. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình, các bạn hỗ trợ rất nhiều mà cũng vui vẻ nữa. Vị trí khách sạn gần biển - đi bộ sang đường là đến rồi nè.

We had such a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help us with anything we needed. The location is perfect — right by the beach and only a short ride to the city centre. Everything was convenient and comfortable.

The employees were attentive and always smiling, which made us feel right at home. It’s just a short walk from the river and many good restaurants. Perfect for both tourists and business travelers.

Big spacious room. Location was good.

Very dirty. Floor was never cleaned -- not cleaned before we arrived, nor during our stay. Our feet were completeky black after walking barefoot in the room. Dirty towels left over from previous guests. No shower currain -- water all over floor after showering. Bed linen full of brown stains. Windows impossible or very difficult to open.

I have had a nice stay here with all of the friendly and supportive staff. The hotel is well-located, which is just right closed to the beach and we just have to walk for 50m to have our feet on the sand. Room is spacious and owns a city view by a big window in the room.

Sometimes the traffic is kind of crowded and it makes me feel so hard to get across the street!

The “ smart lock” of the rooms go randomly bipping. Not only in one room but some tooms have the same issue . The bipping happened to me at midnight , then at 3:30 am , then at 5:00 am then at 8:00 am . Each time is around 20 minutes of loud bipping . The staff cannot do anything . The management lf the hotel needs to check and change or repair accordingly. It was not pleasant for me , neither for the neighbor room that heard me opening and closing the door several times trying to make the beeping to stop. The bed line and towels were clean but the floor and surfaces of the room and bathroom were not. And the room does jot havr windows , only a small one in the bathroom so the air is really humid

I've had a nice stay here. Convenient location that's near the beach and also the city. Big room with lots of spare space for other activities. Staff are friendly and suppotive.
