Lovely comfortable room great location

Super hôtel, conforme aux attentes. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et sympathique. L’hôtel est bien situé. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et chaleureuses.

RAS.

Very comfortable, presented exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and a great outdoor bath perfect in the absence of a swimming pool in the recent heatwave. Staff were always attentive, happy and obliging. Proximity to local food options a highlight.

Be aware that if you are sharing a room the bathroom and toilet are not standalone. It was fine but perhaps awkward for twin share.

This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful—inviting, serene, and filled with unique, thoughtful details that create a truly special atmosphere. The bed was the most comfortable we experienced throughout Vietnam, and the bathroom was just as charming, with quirky and beautiful touches that made our stay even more memorable. The location is ideal: right in the center of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet street lined with adorable local cafés. It’s perfect for exploring on foot, and taxis are always easy to find nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our visit!

The mini-fridge was quite noisy, so we ended up turning it off at night to sleep comfortably. We also noticed a few mosquitoes in the room when we arrived—we managed to get most of them, but a few still got to us overnight. A quick tip: keeping the windows closed might help prevent this in the future!

Good aesthetic, close to walking street and river, comfy bed.

Fashion over function- looked good but didn’t quite work eg, nowhere for luggage, large room but no comfy chair, bathroom was in sections so no where to hang towel near sink or tub and no place toiletries.

Beautiful hotel, in a great location. You can walk to everything you want, while not being in a loud part of town.

Nothing to complain about

Was very pleasing esthetically.. decoration and furniture was very cute and well designed! The room was comfortable and big enough. Location was good too !

The hotel is amazing, there were only 2 things that I have to mention though. The first and most important was the fact that the toilet was connected to the room. Basically, the door was made of glass and the top part of the toilet was completely connected to the rest of the room (no walls were separating), as a result you couldn’t have privacy in the toilet. That was really uncomfortable. The second was that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so we had to carry our heavy luggages upstairs ourselves.
