MT Collection Hotel

My room looked like it was recently renovated and the bathroom had gigantic windows. Location was central (within walking distance of the inner city lake) but not too noisy. The room was spotlessly clean.

The doors are rather thin, so I recommend earplugs for sleeping as some other guests are not as considerate when moving about the hallways. Communication with staff had mixed levels of success as English language skills varied from one staff member to another. Note: the lobby is popular with local teens who use it as a photo location.

extremely loud music until 12 pm and since 7 am reconstruction in the room next to us - on Saturday and Sunday. All the dirty from the reconstruction was just behind our doors, so it was full of small dust of course on the ground in our room too. After my complain instead of changing our room to some another ground in this huge hotel we got proposal for free coffee - totally inadequate solution in 4 star hotel.

The breakfast (no more food around 8:30) and the construction noise at the morning.

There was a gym in the picture which doesn’t exist, none of the staff speaks english so it’s very hard to communicate with them. Breakfast was poor and the worst I’ve had at a hotel.

breakfast was simple but nice. quite neighbourhood and walking distance to Chua Bac, spectacular lighting at night with quite a few selection of restaurants. customer service was fabulous especially Hoan and Thoa who went the extra mile to serve us.
