The location to Hon Chong Beach was the ONLY positive about my stay

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The hotel repeatedly accepted large tour groups that completely took over the property. Guests were arriving back at one or two in the morning, slamming doors, shouting in the hallways, banging around their rooms, and making it impossible to sleep. By six a.m. there were loud arguments and even threats being exchanged between members of these groups. This wasn't the occasional noise you might expect from holidaymakers; it was constant disruption caused by organised tour groups. As if that wasn't bad enough, there were feral dogs barking for hours during the night, often between two and four a.m., followed by church bells ringing at five a.m. every morning. After several nights of broken sleep, I checked out early because I simply couldn't take it any longer. A hotel's most basic responsibility is to provide guests with a place to rest, and this hotel failed completely. What makes this even more frustrating is the response from management. A simple "sorry" is not enough when a guest has had their stay ruined and leaves early. No compensation was offered, no goodwill gesture, and no attempt was made to make things right. Instead, I was asked to leave a five-star review and later contacted and asked to remove my honest review. Everything I have written is true and reflects my experience exactly. If you value your sleep and comfort, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere during the tour-group season.

在芽庄住过最差的酒店之一，首先我们定的是一个房间137万带海景，40平方的房间，而前台前面先给了我们，30个平方的房间，房间里面根本没有浴缸，后面我们找前台理论，他给我们换到。8楼801房间，我们一进房间，里面不能用很臭来形容，只能说是非常臭，跟进一个没人打扫的公共厕所一样，是非常非常的臭。后面我们要求退房，不住了，前台不退，然后我们叫我们换到5楼，501，说实在的，这个房间也很臭。但是没有办法，由于前台不退款，我们只能选择住了，所谓的海景，根本什么东西都看不到。而且居然还让人强制性消费。

Rất tiện nghi, sạch sẽ

Phòng sạch sẽ, mát mẻ, không gian thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có view nhìn từ ban công đẹp. Nhân viên khách sạn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Buffet buổi sáng đa dạng món ăn, ngày nào cũng ăn uống no nê, quá tuyệt vời. Vị trí khách sạn nằm gần Hòn Chồng, và Tháp Bà Ponagar nên việc di chuyển đến điểm tham quan khá dễ dàng.
