Moc Home Sapa

Pool was not open, wasn’t advertised

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Moc Home Sapa. I came here after the Ha Giang loop, and it was the perfect change of pace that I needed. The Homestay is clean, my bed was super comfy with the heated blanket, and shower water pressure incredible (not to mention hot)! The Homestay also has a really sweet pup called Pencil, who liked a pat and cuddle. I arranged a trekking tour with Moc Home, and had the best day with my guide Mang. She took me on a loop of the Thào Hồng Dến village, in Mường Hoa valley (the trek was just under 10km). I really enjoyed chatting with Mang and learning about life in the village - definitely a highlight of my 3week Northern Vietnam trip.

Beautiful homestay with the most relaxing environment. We loved the views, the food & the bed was very comfy

The staff seemed confused and it was hard to communicate. You would probably want a bike to explore from here or get taxis

Struttura senza pretese. Carina e accogliente. Non immaginatevi il lusso, i letti sono materassi appoggiati a terra. Bagni in comune. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le ragazze all’accoglienza sono state molto gentili e la colazione che ci hanno preparato era davvero ottima

The lady at the front desk was very kind and able to check us in at an early hour to accommodate to our needs! She was very kind to show us where everything was and helped us with a smooth check in. The breakfast was decent and the space was very clean. Do note that it is a communal bathroom with bathrooms and two sinks. Make sure to plan your time ahead if you want to shower. Aside from that, they do have a dog so if you have any allergies might wanna stay clear but the dog is very gentle and sweet, will join you if you are trekking! overall it was a lovely experience, thank you to the staff.

It was such a cozy stay, felt like I was able to really switch off and enjoy being in the mountains.

It is quite far from the city centre and I had trouble booking a grab at times I needed

I absolutely loved the place. Sieu was friendly, incredibly supportive, and always willing to help. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the property is beautiful — definitely worth staying here
