Riverside Hotel Hà Nam

Our rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily room service was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was adequate but lacked variety. Location is OK; just across the road from the station, but not very close to restaurants, which are mostly on the opposite side of the river.

We booked two rooms that were listed as "high floor", but we were given rooms on the lowest floor with guest rooms. When asked about this, the receptionist said "the hotel is fully booked". It did not appear so. Our 4th floor rooms were very noisy from traffic and the loud music from the shop across the street. The communal balcony was used by smokers.

Very comfortable room, very clean, everything worked, good bathroom with separate shower cubicle, kettle in room for making tea, comfortable lounge chair, everything fine. Set menu dinner on 11th floor (extra charge VND250000), buffet breakfast included in room charge.

My room had no windows

This hotel has swimming pool for kids.

The price when we check in hotel are not the same the price in this apps. It is lower price than this app public.

The hotel was very convenient to the railway station, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, the staff were all friendly and couldn’t do enough to help out in any way. Breakfast was very good also
