We had the ocean view suite on the 24th floor and the view was unbelievable. The beach is across the street from the property. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the pool bar. The only piece of constructive feedback we can offer is that housekeeping did not come every day. The first time we alerted them, we discovered it was our mistake. We had inadvertently put on a light indicating we didn't want our room cleaned. After that first night, we did not use that light again, however we were missed a second day. Even after calling they only brought fresh towels. We arrived after dinner to still have an unmade bed and sand on the floor. This was a minor inconvenience during an amazing trip, and it didn't ruin our night. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome modern hotel in great location, very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast restaurant. You could not find a 5 star hotel in Australia this good and definitely not for this price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good. Place for first timers Great view but neighboring restaurants by the ocean charge higher prices. Overall good find. Pool and gym is better than most

We stayed here for 4 days and everything was so good so pleasant the buffet breakfast had a large spread and all the staff members are always welcoming & smiling . We are very happy & satisfied with the services in the hotel .
