The hotel and staff were very nice. There were beautiful views of the hilly landscape from all the windows. The only downside is that the hotel is pretty far away from restaurants and amenities. That being said, there are a small number of eateries in the area, and a pharmacy and shop very close by. The hotel itself does not offer any dining aside from breakfast. The breakfast, however, was very good.

The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and so so clean. We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the lou. Welcome fruit basket was fresh and delicious. Fresh flowers a beautiful touch. Staff very friendly and with our limited Vietnamese vocabulary helped us enormously. Rate our stay 10 out of 10

A beautiful hotel a little away from the main market area. So clean, super friendly staff and although our Vietnamese is shockingly inadequate they really made us so welcome. Our room was just glorious, so clean, comfortable and we had a magnificent view with sweeping veranda on two sides of our room. Complimentary Afternoon tea was delicious. The heated pool was absolutely lovely in the afternoon once we returned from exploring. We found nice restaurants with delicious food for evening meals within walking distance. We would rebook this hotel again and recommend to family and friends.

Nothing not to like here.

Breakfast was good and the pool was heated. The bathtub was amazing. You could hear every single chair that moved in the dining room if you’re ANYWHERE near it, which got extremely annoying. Beds were hard like other reviews stated, but you can get a mattress topper that helped SLIGHTLY. For the price you pay, beds and soundproofing should be WAY better.
