Good location close to the Cham museum and dragon bridge. The room is large. Wifi works well.

The staff doesn't speak english. It's so frustrating not being able to communicate or ask for information or ask a question... even just asking where there's a supermarket nearby... you won't get an answer because they don't understand you. The room overlooks the street and then you hear all the noises day and night... too much noise that prevents you from resting. There is no tea or coffee in the room, just a kettle.

Hot water ran out after 5 minutes. Bed was too firm.
