Location was ideal starting point to see the ancient quarter. Staff always polite and helpful. It was more pricey but worth it. Definitely recommend if it’s your first time here

Well kept property , keep it up ! Good breakfast , keep it up ! Good service , keep it up ! Should consider giving boat service to opposite bank of the old town given the high cost of the room. Or at least give the ride at a special price for guest who wants it .

The hotel team was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly. They don't nickel and dime you - everything was included other than the things you anticipate (dining, spa, etc.). The food was very good and it was a very short walk to the town which is great when it is so hot. The pool was lovely and our room was great. We also enjoyed the spa.
