Tung Quang Hotel

Situé face au lac, l’emplacement est plutôt sympa. Des gros travaux sont en cours un peu plus loin et nous avons apprécié cet hôtel qui était loin de ceux ci. L’hôtel en lui-même est bien agencé, les chambres sont jolies, propres. Les lits sont très bons. Et avant tout, nous avons apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et la disponibilité de Mr Nam qui a géré pour nous les réservations bateau, taxi, bus. Personne exceptionnelle par sa gentillesse et la qualité des conseils.

Staff, room size, location

L'hôtel était bien, le réceptionniste était impeccable ; il m'a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour mon voyage et m'a également aidé à résoudre des problèmes lors d'un autre déplacement. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait un excellent travail en nous assistant tout au long de notre séjour et même après notre départ.

A good hotel, breakfast was delicious, we were very warmly welcomed from the time we booked until we checked in, Reception was extremely helpful, arranging everything we asked for during our stay, I would definitely return to the hotel if given the chance!

Personnel très désagréable si on ne réserve pas une activité avec lui

The property was great - very clean, comfortable, in a nice location, and with great staff! Nam, however, is the game changer. He was super helpful from the time we made the booking, and arranged everything (cruise, transport to/from Hanoi, motorbike) for us during our stay. We are looking forward to being back.

Nam, our Host did just the best job. His recommendations lead us through our visit on the island. Just ever hint he gave us was pure gold. He also made the impossible things possible ordered all the good tours, the scooters and our connection to our next traveling Station in Ninh Binh. The room we had was quite comfortable, the bed was nice, everything was clean, especially the shower was the best I saw until now in Vietnam. (not these whole bathroom is a shower thing)

Breakfast was just from 7-9 am

It's seems to be a fairly new hotel so it was really good value for money. Location was great and the room was really comfortable and I had an awesome view 😎 Nam was super helpful. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.

Good hotel, the room is clean! Good Breakfast included with the room, we booked a boat tour on the island through the hotel at such a good price. Thanks for everything
