Little Gem Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa

Very clean with delightful and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Able to borrow bicycles and nice rooftop pool. As we stayed 4 nights we qualified for airport pick up and drop off in luxury car which was much appreciated and made the transfers very easy!

Very small cups and glasses at breakfast but I suppose it saves waste.

Really friendly staff, great location so quieter than being in town but you're able to walk or use the free bikes to cycle into the old town in a few minutes. Really brilliant breakfast. Great pool. Quiet and clean rooms with a good air con.

Friendly service, nice room comparable to European 4 star hotels. Small but nice pool area on the rooftop

Bicycles need repair or new ones. I'd rather pay a small fee than getting them for free if they are properly serviced

The Hotel has been recently refurbished so everything was like new. The Airconditioning in the rooms are super cold ... needed at this time of year. Breakfasts were varied every day with different Vietnamese dishes to sample. And there was an endless supply, not like some places where approaching finishing time dishes don't get topped up. Having a bar and restaurant within the Hotel is also convenient again great with the heat. The Hotel is well known by the local Grab drivers and Taxis which can be important when trying to give directions and not being Vietnamese. But most of all it is the warmth, kindness, care, concern and hospitality shown by staff that makes a stay here the best.

The "gym" needs at least a a Lat Pull Down piece of equipment.
