Friendly staff, nice lobby and exterior, nice pool, beautiful front gardens

Not sure how this is rated as a 5 star it’s a at most a 4 or very good 3 (unless it was the room we chose). Bed was squeaky, rooms were very average, no items in the bar fridge (also didn’t work), terrible bathtub shower design which made it difficult to get in/out, buffet too crowded for number of people, thin walls (could hear tv in room next door)

Le personnel est très sympathique et compétent

Quelques petits détails mais rien de grave ! Dans la salle de bain chambre 602 Il y a un fil électrique visible derrière le miroir ! Je sais qu’au Vietnam ça n’est pas grave mais pour un 5 étoiles c’est pas très bien !
