Really friendly staff, especially Ballo. Organised a great day tour of Lan Ha Bay for us and arranged onwards travel to Hue. Even sorted out a speedboat to get us to Cat Ba after we narrowly missed the last ferry! Super scenic place in the hills too.

We had a wonderful stay at Papillon. The hotel is surrounded by greenery with a beautiful garden to sit in at any time of the day. The hosts took care of all our needs and offered a range of activity options including boat tours and motorbike rentals. On top of that, we also enjoyed excellent dinners at the hotel restaurant. We hope to be back!

"Rustig en fijne sfeer; prima voor 2 nachten!"

Rustige, mooie locatie. Stadje makkelijk bereikbaar met een scooter die goedkoop is te huren. Diner in de lobby is ook prima en het zijn hele aardige mensen. We hebben een Cat Ba boottour genomen van een dag; dit was erg leuk en zeker het geld waard.

De kamers zijn simpel.

Une équipe dynamique ,trés chaleureuse et attentionnée . Location de moto trés pratique .Lieu fleuri trés agréable .A 5 km de catba loin du bruit et des gaz. Chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort.

"Very very happy to have stayed there."

The team and the manager are very nice and helping. Very clean, pool and scooters are very convenient. Quiet and pretty cheap. WiFi works well.

Not the best place to drink wine bottles. Some were very special.
