"This is the perfect place we stayed the whole holiday"

The hotel is located near Sa Pa market and near bus station. So replenishing and transport is easy. There are a lot of cafe nearby. The surrounding area is not too noisy, and there is a lake where you can just sit and enjoy the nature. The room and bathroom are very clean and smell good.

Just like most places in Vietnam, very few people speak English. The manager does speak English, but the rest of the staff don't. They don't provide complementary drinking water.
