The room was large and comfortable The staff was so lovely, answering and helping with every question and problem - I felt almost at home!

Location

I had a great time staying at Nguyen’s place! The location was perfect, in a peaceful alley with a village vibe, where chickens clucking in the background. Just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. The room was cozy and quiet, with a relatively comfortable workspace. There was also a washing machine available for guests to use, and even a yoga mat that I could use - such thoughtful touches! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the dogs were absolutely adorable, especially the Akita. They also offered us bicycles, which was a lovely bonus, and the room was cleaned every three days. Nguyen was super responsive on WhatsApp and always kind and helpful. When I arrived, the AC in my room wasn’t working, but they had it fixed the very next day - really appreciated their quick response. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing, and well-located place in Hoi An. I’d love to come back someday.

A small downside - the desk chair couldn’t be adjusted in height

A very friendly, family run property. We often saw the family in the shared kitchen making meals together. We were always greeted with a smile. Myself and my boyfriend worked remotely from this property and it was fantastic. WiFi was always great. Our room was big, light and modern which we really enjoyed. We could do our laundry whenever we needed to, detergent provided. They were open to help with anything- we even wanted two blankets so we didn’t have to share when we both got sunburnt and they provided this. Cleaning was frequent and this included bedding change which was lovely. You could walk into the old town in 20 mins but with bars/ restaurants on the way to there also. They had cute puppies ! We checked out earlier than we planned, they adapted the booking and were so helpful and refunded us even though we said not to worry about the two nights. It’s a great place to stay longterm- we loved it!

There are two notes- we didn’t mind these at all but might be worth bearing in mind. - the cleaning was always to a lovely standard, but there was some signs that it wasn’t often deeply cleaned (we didn’t expect that during our stay, but some marks like rings around the sink etc.) - you had to be careful if you spilled anything on the kitchen surface as ants would come very quickly and in a big quantity. We just avoided this to avoid the ants!

I stayed for a month and enjoyed my time there. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is very spacious. I enjoyed the location of the homestay as well because it's out of the tourist area. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The service was exceptional. They came and cleaned every third day and were always responsive when I messaged them.

Located in the family home so we got to meet the entire family. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived 4 hours after the arrival time we had indicated. The room was large, pretty with a very large bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. The inn is about about a 20 minute walk from downtown so you avoid all the noise and busyness of the other tourists

Our room was one flight up and there is no elevator. However, this may not be an issue for younger people or those with less luggage
