La gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, la piscine face aux rizières.

Les vélos sont en très mauvais état, c’est dommage. Un peu loin de la vieille ville de Hoi An, nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver des taxis pendant les vacances du nouvel an lunaire. Pas assez de choix sucré pour le petit-déjeuner.

Très bel hôtel en plein milieu des rizières. Belle piscine et espace pour se reposer, très relaxant. La chambre était très bien aussi. Il y a des vélos à disposition, très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre en 20 minutes. Un grand merci au monsieur de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner qui était aux petits soins pour nous !

A very good hotel with fair pricing. The staff is professional and works well together. We stayed 6 nights in the Queen Room; the bathtub view of the rice fields is amazing. The breakfast was good, and the hotel is very clean towels and fresh water were provided every day. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet location. We would have happily stayed longer. Recommended

We had a pleasant stay at Serene Boutique Resort & Spa. While every property has its own unique charm, what truly stood out to us here was the hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The team was always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their welcoming nature made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and aim to create a positive experience. The property is located slightly outside the main city centre, so it may require a short ride to reach some of Hanoi’s popular attractions. However, this also means the area is quieter and more peaceful, which can be a great advantage for those looking to relax away from the busy streets.

I had an amazing stay at Serene Nature during my solo trip to Hoi An. The hotel is in a quiet area, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the busy Old Town. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surrounded by greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel really welcome as a solo traveller. Honestly couldn’t fault it — such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
