Grab deliveries weren’t allowed to your room or even the hotel lobby. Had to go out to the delivery station and grab it. Tiny inconvenience though.

Das Zimmer war super. Sehr gross, hell und eine gute Klimaanlage, welche nicht direkt aufs Bett gerichtet ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gross und die Behandlungen von guter Qualität. Das Essen und Trinken im Hotel fand ich relativ teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Vietnam (5-Stern Standart). Das Essen in den Restaurants wie auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

We had a fantastic stay here. We were in a 2-bedroom corner suite which was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing. The extra space and corner views made it feel very special. The hotel itself was spotless, peaceful, and very well maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Spa facilities were excellent and a real highlight. Daily 50 minute treatments were included in the booking for all and we took full advantage. Beautiful big pools, which were never too busy and right by the beach. The location was great for visiting both Da Nang and Hoi An (30 mins by grab, (around £4-5 one way) Overall, a luxurious and memorable stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended.
