Regency Inn & Suites

I liked nothing of that Hotel! We literally had just parked to check in. That was around 1:46 in the morning and as we were getting off we he vehicle was 2 strangers came to our car asking for money: In a aggressive way! So scary.

We managed to literally run away from them towards the lobby to check in as well as to tell them about the incident. But to our surprise there was no at the lobby. We literally we waiting for a good 10 min to see if someone would come. But we decided to leave the premises. We thought about it and weren’t going to stay the same hotel as them . We were frightened. Totally not cool

There was poo in the shower…. The wifi didnt work for our devices and television in the room. I called the front desk and theyd said theyd call me back but never did. I wasnt expecting much based on the price we paid for the hotel but I wasnt expecting it to be this bad…

Nothing

Nothing working the TV the toilet is broken don't respect reservacion and room and the special request for a downstairs room and promised I would be provided a downstairs room for my medical issues and had to take upstairs all my laugage and bag's all by myself and nothing of what they have on the promised room ever and I ended in bed due afterwards for doing all that I can't be doing those things due to my medical issueis and I got sick for several days and also all the time not being able to watch the TV because i was told that their internet was not working by the staff and all the time I was told excuses for everything and even the phone in the room not working at all. And not received anything that was reserved the first time I did my reservation and lied about them not finding nothing in their computer system and lying to me and can't afford to get to be paying for taxis all the time and booking a hotel and arriving to it and then heading the same story by the hotel staff and

Not much good things to say about this hotel

The first room was not clean, dirty bed sheets, hair in the bed and the sink and smelly of smoke. Then we asked for a new room which was the same. The third room - same story. Now our patient was up, and we wanted our money back, but the hotel has a rule of a 5 minutes refund. Stupid. How can you get to your room, check things, and be back before 5 minutes is gone? We couldn’t. We booked with Booking.com but no help from them either. Don’t book this place or you will regret it.

For an older facility, it was clean and well maintained

My door had bullet holes. Bathtub had roaches. Front desk ran by kids.
