BIGGS NU-VU MOTEL

The bed was comfortable soft not hard like most

Couldn't get a late check out since we checked in late

Beds are very comfy.

There was items left in fridge

Close proximity to food & fuel. River view

Maybe a softer bed

This was a stopping point for the day of driving to get to our destination. The rooms were clean, but need some touching up. The desk clerk was very friendly and gave us rooms with the view of the Columbia Snake river. I travel with my dog so I got the pet room for an additional $15.00.

The room was cold, but had an old heating unit that I ran all night because of the very thin blankets. It really needs a remodel. The desk clerk gave us river views, but you had to look past all of the garbage to see the view. There is no sit down restaurant to have a meal unless you like fast food. The bed is set on a metal box frame so makes noise like thunder when you move on the bed. It is located by the train tracks, a major gas station and fast food restaurants - so noisy until the trains stop for the night.

The whole motel was nasty someone else's water bottle in the fridge dirty felt like I was getting bit just nasty

No breakfast. Location was terrible.

Parking was terrible. No ice machine.

The McDonald's was 50 feet away.

The bathroom fan was loud.

-I did not sleep here -shower head points directly at wall, unusable -day 2 no running water -no soap in dispenser -no shampoo in dispenser -sticky floors -dirty everything -unhelpful staff, rude

Amenities as agreed upon during reservation. Competent management.

Convenient location. Bed was ok
