Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très accueillant, nous avons pu louer ici notre scooter, C'est très cosy, verdoyant et bien entretenu Excellent point de départ pour visiter cette magnifique région Restaurant ouvert midi et soir

The long 4h30min drive from Hanoi airport to Pu Luong...but it was worth it.

Nice viee to rice field, friendly staff

Beautiful resort and caters only to foreigners it appears. The restaurant has good option, staff are well trained and the breakfast was top notch. Quiet photogenic location.

We were travelling with a baby and requested a mosquito net on the first day however this was not put up. The room is made of wooden material and felt a bit dusty (I am sensitive to dusty environments). The bathroom door was soo creaky that I had to try and open it like a Ninja to ensure it wouldn't wake my baby up. This wasn't really fixed unfortunately. The driver for the hire car wouldn't work with us for lunch options and just said 'no'. There are no restaurants nearby and the hotel has a policy of food not being allowed in the room which got a bit challenging with a baby.

Isolation phonique plutôt mauvaise mais hormis un karaoké lors de notre première nuit qui s’est arrêté à 22h, ça n’a pas été si dérangeant.

La vue magnifique et la chambre avec terrasse. Le massage au spa très agréable et le gentillesse du personnel . La nourriture bonne et copieuse

Les travaux bruyants juste à côté de la piscine, les animaux en liberté ( chien buvant dans la piscine ) poules, piscine pas très propre et certains équipements vétustes dans la salle de bain (prise décollée juste à côté du lavabo ) Accès à la chambre un peu difficile avec 2 étages assez raides à monter

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Reisfeldern. Man kann dort Vietnam abseits der Touristen Ströme erkunden - allerdings gibt es weder Taxi noch Fahrer (nur Touren). Man sollte also gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller sein. Die Verständigung war etwas schwierig, aber das Team gibt sein bestes und mit Google Translate hat es letztendlich auch gut funktioniert. Das kleine Restaurant ist zu empfehlen und es herrscht abends eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Wir hatten etwa Pech mit dem Wetter und es hat fast nur geregnet. Leider hat sich deshalb alles im Zimmer (inkl Bett) etwas klamm und feucht angefühlt, was das Komfortempfinden leider sehr gestört hat.
