Шикарный отель! Без минусов! На тихой улочке. Но в центре и близко пешком до всего. На ресепшн молодые девчонки- нормально говорят нормально на английском - а это редкость для здешних мест. Очень понравился завтрак - все вкусно, питательно и разнообразно! Номер нам дали ОЧЕНЬ большой. Там бы и 6 человек спокойно спали. Вайфай хороший. Горячая вода льется нормально. Короче, придраться не к чему.

"Çok gereksiz gerginlik yarattılar."

Twin yatak ve 24 m2 olması gereken oda yerine 14 m2 lik odada çift kişilik yatak ve ilave başlıksız yatak olan daracık bir odayla karşılaştık. 2 gecelik ayırttığımız için idare ettik. Sonra başka bir otele geçtik. Fotoğrafta kocaman yere kadar pencereler vardı ama küçük bir pencere ve görselden daha küçük bir banyo. Yol yorgunu olduğumuzdan iki geceyi geçirdik ancak paramın iadesini istemekteyim ve bu hotelden şikayetçiyim. Halen Nha Trang'da başka bir hotelde kalıyorum. 1,5 ay buradayım. Ayrıca kredi kartıyla ödeme kabul etmemeleri de çok kötü. Şikayetim nedeniyle paramın iadesi konusunu da bookingin çözmesini istiyorum. Odanın videosunu da çektim. Gereğini rica ediyorum.

Близко к центру и пляжу

Очень грязно, постельное белье и полотенца были при заезде дырявыми и приходилось просить тщательно убирать номер, поскольку там были пятна жира на столах и в ванной очень грязно
