Tâm Family Homestay-Huế

We loved our room, on the top floor with a little balcony. The view was lovely, the staff were helpful and really kind. Location is great. Shower was good with lots of hot water. We hired a scooter from the hotel and had a great time driving round Hue. I would recommend this place. I loved Hue and our time spent here.

I has thought I had booked breakfast, but I hadn't (my mistake). If I had known I was playing 70,000 dong each I would not have ordered it. It wasn't value for money. We were given the menu option and we picked the picture of banh mi, but when it came it was just a baguette and eggs. When I looked closer at the menu it said 'eggs, bread, sausage' which also isn't what we got. I didn't complain, as i thought I had booked the breakfast, but when being charged 70,000 don't at the end for that, I didn't love it! I think the menu pictures and descriptions need to be more accurate. Sheets were definitely cheap, we kept getting static shocks off them, but when you pay this price, I think it's fair enough the sheets are cheap. The AC took a while to cool the room down, but again, fair enough for what you were paying. The place was so great, but being charged so much for a breakfast that wasn't what the menu said left a slight sour taste in the mouth.

The staff and the owner in particular were super friendly and nice! Gave us a lot of good tips!

The host of homestay is very helpful and welcoming. The homestay located close to a city centre and swimming pool refreshing

It didn't feel like homestay or relaxing stay, but more likely like a very busy b&b. It is important to note that homestay takes tours for lunch and other workshops like feet spa and etc. During a day they welcome other groups of people to ground floor dining hall. It is too crowded and for our taste to busy considering that it is a private house.

The room was very comfortable with top class facilities.The staff was so friendly and helpful that it felt like we were leaving after a visit to relatives or longtime friends!!

The owner, Tam, is the kindest, most welcoming host you can meet. She’s very helpful, giving you recommendations and suggestions before you even try to ask! Our whole family was v impressed how accommodating she was! We had a wonderful time in Hue thanks to her.

Excellent for families

The room was simple but very clean and nice - even cozy. The bed was so comfortable, that even a little bit of noise didn't disturb my sleep :). Hovewer, the best part is the family which own the homestay. The owner not only recommend us the best places to eat (ask her about vegan restaurant!) but also arranged the whole-day driver and lend us umbrellas. Highly recommend!!!
