Le personnel est très accueillant, c’est le seul point positif.

J’avais commandé une chambre de luxe avec grand lit et me retrouve avec deux lit simple et une chambre sans fenêtre, j'ai du redescendre et m’expliquer pour avoir une autre chambre.... Ça commence déjà bien. Les parties communes sont sales (moquette qui n’a plus d’age) , isolation catastrophique, impossible de dormir avec la musique extérieur et les voisins de chambre qui rentrent à 3h , quand ils prenaient une douche j’avais l’impression que c'était dans mon lit . Déjeuner très bof. Enfin bref , passé votre chemin, deux nuits blanches. Rien a dire sur le personnel.

Musty smell upon entering the room. Curtain was moldy with black spots Window was dirty Carpet outside of room full of stain, corridor has funky smell Breakfast was passable I cut my stay short and moved to another hotel

The rooms were dirty and not soundproofed. Breakfast was not good. I asked for extra pillows and toilet paper twice the moment i stepped into the room and they didn't bring it until late at night.
