Santori Villa My Khe Beach

The property itself was great. The management was terrible. We checked into the villa and showed our passports to the cleaners. After the cleaners left we got a text saying they had to take our passports to register them at the police station. We refused to give them our passports and sent them pictures of them. They then threatened to call the police on us, saying we need to give it them. We told them to call the cops and we didn't care. Once we said that they dropped the issue. The next morning they texted us a 7am asking when we wanted to check out. We said 2PM. The management told us to be out by 12. Why even ask if you want us out at 12? At 11AM we were still there enjoying the pool before we left. The cleaners came in without even asking. They got on the phone with the management and they insisted that they will start cleaning the pool area now. We refused because we still were using it. The property itself is full of cameras in all the common areas. I didn't feel comfortable with strangers watching me swim in the private pool. It really is a shame that this place is ran so poorly with management constantly texting us and causing us stress, because the property itself is great.

The location is so great, near to the beach, right at the famous dining area, convenient to travel to visit tourist attractions and shopping.
