There are no free breakfast but the location is good. While there is a daycare in front of the building, the noise is tolerable. Anyway, they are just children and should not bother us adults. The receptionists are very accommodating. There is also a supermarket in front of the store where you can buy food supplies if needed. Better to pay the hotel in cash since they charge additional 2-3% if you pay via credit card.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we would have loved to stay more! We had a small apartment with two double rooms (each with its own bathroom) and a small kitchen. The apartment had everything we needed. The pool on the seventh floor was an amazing way to cool down and relax after a day spent exploring the city! And the staff was very helpful and sweet.

It was a really nice and spacious apartment, we really liked it! The design is great and the rooftop pool was nice as well. There are many restaurants around and beach + Dragon bridge only 10/20min by walk.

Отличное расположение относительно активных улиц и моря, все в пешей доступности, рядом с отелем есть мини-маркеты, и много мест для перекуса. Внизу есть кафе, где варят отличный кофе. Очень приветливый персонал, во Вьетнаме порой это роскошь. Отдельное спасибо Ханне, за готовность помочь! В номерах чисто и аккуратно.

Самый главный минус это детский садик напротив, где усиленно пытаются оглушить детей и всех вокруг, зачем то включают ооооочень громко музыкальное сопровождение и говорят с детьми через микрофон)) Однако, весь звуковой движ начинается около 9-10 и детей начинают забирать, по-моему с часов 4 вечера. Так что если вы утром уходите из номера и возвращаетесь под вечер, то в целом вы даже не заметите детскую дискотеку, ну и всегда можно при бронировании уточнить, на какую сторону выходят окна) И напоследок, можно чуть-чуть больше внимания уделять душевым комнатам при уборке.

Although I was also accommodated in 2024 at this hotel, even then the cleanliness left much to be desired, but the experience of the past few days made me raise a concern about this location, I don't know how the other rooms look like but the one i was given (701) was a mess. Although I was approved for early check-in in Booking (11:00-12:00) I was only notified at 14:30 that I could come and actually check-in, given that the normal check-in time is from 14:00, despite all this, the room was dirty, the linen was stained, the parquet floor was wet on the front side of the bed, a window didn't close properly and you could hear the wind (7th floor), there was hair on the floor, the shower faucet was dirty as if it hadn't even been cleaned in a while but what bothered me the most was the mold and water infiltrations in the walls which denoted a great degradation of the rooms. I requested to see the room but at first sigh didn't look that bad but then I noticed everything that was not as expected in the room, so please check your room in advance carefully. I refused to stay at this location, I requested the cancellation of the reservation but I was forced to pay for one night's accommodation. I personally would not return to this hotel ever again, although I would have had a different opinion 2 years ago. I highly recommend the staff for an evaluation of the rooms, improvement of the room cleaning, but also a repair and modernization of the rooms, which in the last 2 years seems to have deteriorated quite a bit. It's unpleasant to come from thousands of kilometers away, expect a clean place and find such a wreck of a hotel. Find all the photos on Google Maps Review

Location. Walking distance to beach, Dragon Bridge and market. The staff were always there to help. Lena really helped us with our night bus booking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

All good nothing to dislike.
