도로에서 안쪽이나 무료17번 버스정류장까지 5분거리. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 수영장. 가격대비 너무 좋아요. 사책하기도 시골느낌나는 골목길. 잘쉬다갑니다.

아이랑 하루 묶었는데 너무 친절하고 쾌적했어요. 가격적으로도 최고이고 시설이 너무 깨끗해서 만족해요. 침대와 베개도 편하고 좋으네요. 아이가 아파서 밤새 토하고 고생해서 힘들어했는데 죽이라도 먹이려 조식먹으러 가다가 아이가 토하는걸 보시고 생강차를 가져다 주시며 아이 마시게 하라고 가져다 주셨어요. 필요한거 없냐 계속 물으시고. . 너무 감사하고 베트남에 대한 좋은 추억 가져갑니다. 팜베이 최고입니다.

We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and we slept well every night. Air conditioning was quiet and effective so room stayed cool. Bathroom was spotlessly clean andcroom service was offered daily. You can rent mopeds and Pink gave advice on things to do or visit. The garden area aroubd pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. Overall a tranquil setting that allows you to relax and feel at home. A great example of a well tun family business that has the guests wellbeing at heart. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Väldigt fint hotell, nära till strand och restauranger samt en utomordentlig service.

Toppenboende hade vi här i 4 dagar. Jättetrevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Bra frukost, mysig trädgård med pool där vi fick bada ända till 23.00 på kvällen. Billig och god lunch för två med juice som vi endast betalade ca: 70 kr för. En öl på hotellet gick på ca: 11 kr. Det enda som var lite negativt var väl vägen hem från huvudgatan då den låg lite avsides men det gjorde ju att man slapp höra all trafik och hade det tyst på rummet.

I cannot say enough praise about this property, the family who own it, and the incredible staff which operates this hidden Phu Quoc gem of a boutique hotel resort. Serenity, peace, quiet and convenient to anything you desire. We cannot praise the dedication to guest comfort displayed by all members of their staff. This is a new (July 2023) property, so, the breakfast is not perfect as occupancy increased they were transitioning from ala carte to buffet, but any helpful suggestions we gave them were amazingly applied the very next day’s service - WOW! You cannot go wrong booking here, and please, tell “Pink” at reception a big hello from Rick and Valeria if you do - she is a diamond of customer service excellence!
