The Moon Boutique Hotel Cat Ba

The staff were so friendly, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I had a different option every morning and they were all great, and I still only had a fraction of what was on offer!

It was on a very busy street. This would suit some being so close to the town centre. It didn’t bother us much we were on the 8th floor and couldn’t hear noise at night, plus the room was so comfortable!

Good hotel, run by the Cat Ba Ventures team. We came off a couple of nights on one of their boats, so anywhere would feel like an anti climax after that, but Moon Boutique looked after us very well. Lovely staff, great room.

We had a lovely one night stay here after our Lan Ha Bay tour. Hotel is nicely updated, and the rooms have great air conditioning and really comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful - even arranging a take-out breakfast for us when we had an early morning check-out the following morning.

A few appliances like the ironing board needed to be replaced.

J'ai adoré l'accueil, personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable avec de très bons conseils sur tout ce qu'il y a à faire aux alentours, très arrangeants en terme d'horaires et facilitants pour ce qui était du transport et de la gestion des bagages.

Wonderful stay! The staff, room, service, and breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I’d also like to specially mention the bed: I slept like I was on a cloud. Highly recommend this hotel!
