Certainement le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons eu au Vietnam jusqu’à maintenant. Le service est exceptionnel (fruits et smoothies à l’arrivée) et les chambres sont magnifiques: excellent literie, matelas confortables, belle deco. Propreté irréprochable. Magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec fauteuils confortables pour prendre un verre ou un café. Cet établissement va vraiment une coche plus loin que la plupart des établissements: ils ont même une chambre d’attente pour que vous puissiez relaxer, ou même prendre une douche, si vous devez attendre après le checkout avant de prendre votre transport de retour. L’hôtel fait également agence de voyage et ils ont organisé notre transport vers Sapa en bus de nuit.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! Het kan niet anders dat de eigenaar een perfectionist moet zijn. Het design van de hotelkamer en kleur was door het gehele hotel doorgevoerd. Alles zag er even mooi uit en er is oog voor detail. Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomd met een heerlijke fruitcocktail en wat vers fruit. Ook het ontbijt was perfect. Je kon à la carte alles bestellen wat je wilde.absolute aanrader dit hotel!!!
Niets op aan te merken.
