Rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh linens, modern bathrooms featuring strong showers, and cozy beds perfect for unwinding after long days of sightseeing. Balconies offered stunning views of the bustling night market below, adding a magical touch without any noise intrusion. Host and her team were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive, providing personalized tips on hidden gem restaurants, and boat tours. They arranged seamless airport transfers at fair prices and even upgraded my room proactively—true hospitality that made solo travel feel safe and supported. Perfectly positioned steps from the night market, old town riverside, and lantern-lit streets, allowing effortless walks to key attractions while remaining in a vibrant yet manageable spot. An luggage elevator made luggage handling easy. Outstanding value with thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and quiet comfort despite the central vibe. I extended my trip because it felt like home. Highly recommend for travelers seeking cleanliness, warmth, and prime Hoi An access!

Convenient, clean and homey

Really convenient to go anywhere. Just walk. The place although at the night market but room is quiet

Night market stall close at 10.30pm. If able to extend till midnight will be better

Phòng nhỏ quá.

Rooms (that I booked) had been refurbished since I last stayed approx 7 months ago and look even better. Location being right on the night markets and close to some pretty good eateries made the stay more enjoyable. Room booked had spacious balcony of which can get a good view over the night markets and watch the hassle and bustle that goes on Staff really friendly and accommodating where possible.

Very clean space. The caretaker boy was very genuine, patient and helpful.
