"I didn’t stay bc they gave my room away despite me paying"

Nothing it was a dangerous place

They have my room away after I booked the room and paid. Then the woman was mean to me and short with me because I drove all the way there to find out I had no room.

"The worst hotel to go as an emergency hurricane evacuation"

I didn't even get to stay there because they turned me and everyone away that had booked there as an emergency evacuation because of the hurricane Milton hitting Florida. They had a paper written note of their own personal family members and Friends that weren't even in the system and holding rooms for them. It was so unprofessional and the worst experience ever. Making it hard not only for me but for everyone else that they turned away and canceled everyone's reservation on finding a new hotel room when every hotel was overbooked from the catastrophe that was coming. If anyone ever needs an emergency hotel or motel to stay, this is not the place to go the employees at the front desk will turn you away for their personal bookings and erase you out of their system or cancel you. I hope even the owners of that hotel find out what they did.

I live in Tampa and was evacuating from Hurricane Milton. My room door was broken and stuck closed and they would not let me out until the morning. Broke toilet,blinds stuck open,floors wet,no tv, filthy, very rude staff!

"No stay for online reservations in a state of emergency situations!"

Nothing very angry 😡

They didn't honor online reservations! They rented all the rooms that were already reserved with no care to anyone's well being! There was a man that drove over 3 hours from a evacuation zone due to Hurricane Milton! He said he made his reservations 4 days prior and they turned them and myself plus many others away and left us all scrambling to find a safe place. I ended up going home to my RV on the river in harms way because of their actions! They should be investigated for what they did,it was so wrong! Thank God I made through the storm to tell your company about this situation!
