Clean room and friendly\hospitable staff.

This hotel is very corrupt. They will steal your money. They pulled a very illegal bait and switch. Once I paid for the room, they asked for more money upon my arrival. They fought me on getting that money back, but I won that battle. Now, for spite, they are keeping my 50 dollar security deposit. They will be given one more chance to return that money, then legal action will begin.

The toilet didn't work when we got there, the walls were dirty and the table was sticky. And to check out they weren't open until 8:30. I was ready to leave at 7:00 sharp. All night there was loud noise from people slamming doors and what sounded like a drill. Loud enough I checked to make sure no one was trying to break in.

This location could use some significant maintenance. The room was reasonably clean though again needs maintenance. A "double" bed is literally the usual 2 twins pushed together. However, the bed heights didn't match so it was essentially just like having 2 twins. Fair bit of highway noise and people loudly talking or yelling early in the morning. Functional but would not recommend. No key drop for early check out and no lasted office hours. Neither phone number actually dialed through to try and speak to someone in the office. They do not honor any sort of additional discount you may have when booking through the app even when fully paid at time of booking not the "pay at property" option which clearly states the price may be different. They will make you pay the difference, their sign says they don't "price match online rates Friday and Saturday but I wouldn't count on that. The person at the desk did offer a refund option instead of the pricing difference but since a non-refundable rate will have to fight that with hotels.com customer service.

Great location for airport

Staff not very welcoming. The room smelt of cigarette smoke Very worn down and generally not well maintained, dirty around walls, doors etc. Room quiet small.

Need my money

Overbooked, My reservation was ignored, clerk was frustrated too. Bad neighborhood, permanent police trailer with flashing blue light in the parking lot, homeless people roaming around, definitely not recommended, sorry.
