Cleanliness & hospitality :). This is the best hotel you can book in Austin for the price. NO BUGS unlike every single hotel in the area. Comfortable beds and very convenient

The surrounding area which is completely out of their control, the hotel itself felt very safe.

Cool lock technology on the door. Cool retro fridge and microwave.

No soap provided for hand washing or sanitizer. Hallways smelled like smoke. Not a fan of the shared showers even though you can lock the door.

It was rather quiet, and cheaply priced. The staff was very nice and understanding, the room was clean and our room had its own shower.

The main hall smells of cigarettes and the surrounding neighborhood is kind of dingy. Not really a place you’d walk around at night. It’s a little rough.

Like -friendly staff, very helpful in my request. For the price it met my needs! Dislike- noisy neighborhood …. Loud music from a next door apartments. No hot water in shower.

I didn't want to give too low a review because I believe this stay has the bones to be top-notch. First off, the staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Very approachable. The showers were in common spaces but that didn't really bother me since you can lock the door. Security was pretty good, cameras everywhere and digital locks on room doors. It seemed like nothing was attached to the walls though when it came to towel racks, screws sticking out of the tables in the shower room, and the swing lock being loose. Rooms were very nice and rennovated, even if the smokey hallway makes you think otherwise. The area has great food, it helps if you know Spanish. No one really bothers you if you don't bother them, use basic street smarts. Overall, I think this place can be a great bang-for-your-buck with a few improvements which they seem already aware of.

Front desk woman was very kind.

It's in a ghetto and doesn't feel safe. When I was leaving there was some random guy from the street muttering and just passing through the building which doesn't really have security. I didn't bother with the showers as they were out of the room. Noisy fridge had to be unplugged to sleep. Nowhere to safely walk around and no restaurants or cafes or anything around I would want to visit.

Property was as advertised. No frills lodging, safe, quiet, dry.

I like this location alot ,convenient to alot of places. Great wifi service.. But overall , I like the location and the place is always clean and quite . My top favorite on the north side of Austin.. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

My last visit was suppose to a relaxing five nites.I was put in a room suppose to have been for one nite, then moved to my five nite stay room. Well I was told the next day, stay where I'm at, and that bed was like sleeping on a padded bench at the airport. I'm to old for a daily routine of that..
