The staff is super friendly and pleasant to deal with. Don't worry about no staff being onsite because they are available via text any time you need them and they're very helpful. Check in and check out is very easy. The rooms are very clean and charming. Convenient location, close to a major road but we didn't find it excessively noisy.

We had trouble with the very cold bathroom and shower water that wasn't warm enough for such a cold room in the mornings (wouldn't be a problem in warmer months) and towels that wouldn't dry due to the cold bathroom, not enough hooks or places to hang things. For us, the bed was very hard.

The location is perfect.

The last 2 times I stayed there was a tea pot for heating water. This time there was a keurig that did not perform. I put water in but nothing happened. Not a good thing at 400 am.

The place has been renovated beautifully. Very clean. Comfortable. AC worked great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Friendly staff through text communication. Convenient location right off of I5. A different kind of experience than previous hotels/motels and truly enjoyed it.
