When I arrived at the location, there were 11 police cars with police officers everywhere with their guns drawn. It was a traumatic experience and my daughter and I were terrified. We walked to the customer service area which was a despicable mess, the customer service was horrendous and we told him that we did not want to stay. They said " we don't have your money yet" talk to booking.Com.
